Our artisan kitchen offers a vibrant affair between reinvented Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours; created with locally sourced organic produce from the Spice Islands and sustainably caught fresh fish & seafood from the Indian Ocean. We are talking about culinary love at first sight!
Think hummus with charred octopus, linguine al vongole with homegrown cherry tomatoes or spicy barbecued beef kebab with saffron rice and rose-flavoured yoghurt. Paired with a bottle (or two) of a selected Prosecco and endless views on the ever-changing blues of the Indian Ocean.
Restaurateur & Sommelier Valentin has curated a fine collection of wines, refined spirits and homemade specialty liqueurs & cocktails to create a tantalizing culinary journey that leaves your taste buds begging for more.
The barefoot restaurant, barely five metres away from the water’s edge, is light & airy, laid with plush Persian carpets and decorated with an eclectic mix of funky glassware and selected art pieces from our travels around the world.
